The Work Sharp Professional Precision Adjust is a manual benchtop sharpening system built for one thing above all else: repeatability. Set your angle, secure the knife, work through the abrasives, and know you can come back to that same setup the next time your edge needs attention.

The metal sharpening frame offers continuous adjustment from 15° to 30°, while the included digital angle indicator lets you dial in your actual sharpening angle to within 0.25°. A rigid metal V-Block Clamp holds the knife securely and consistently, and the included clamp stabilizer adds extra support when you're working with larger blades.

Seven 1" × 6" sharpening and finishing surfaces take you through the whole process. Diamond plates in 220, 320, 400, 600, and 800 grit handle everything from repair through edge refinement, followed by fine ceramic and a leather strop for honing and polishing.

There's also a ceramic rod for serrations and a small knife table attachment for sharpening little pen knives down to a 15° angle—making the system useful across modern folders, traditional pocket knives, hunting knives, and kitchen cutlery.

It's essentially the heart of Work Sharp's Professional Precision Adjust Elite system, minus the Elite's expanded abrasive progression and carrying case.
